This wonderful vacation home sits on 20 acres bordering the beautiful Elk River. West of Steamboat Springs you're only 10 miles from downtown Steamboat and 16 miles from Ski Mountain base.

A great place to visit year round with a quarter mile of private water there's fantastic fishing for Trout, (fly fishing only – catch and release only) Rainbows, Browns and Cutbows. The surrounding grounds are well manicured and decorated with natural river rock and indigenous plants and trees.

The main house has 3 upper floor bedrooms – all with beautiful views! The master suite has a King sized bed, walk-in shower, a jaccuzi tub and private sitting room room. Both of the other bedrooms has a queen bed. One bedroom has a great river view and the other overlooks “Sleeping Giant” mountain. There's another full bath upstairs.

On the main level there's a large kitchen with marble counter tops, a double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, double sinks, trash compactor and a side by side refrigerator freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and glasses.

Also on the main level there's a living room (with a fold-out bed), dining area (seats 8), family room and a recreation room with a 52" television (connected to sattelite). Other features of the main house include a 3 car garage and a large, furnished deck.

As a bonus, there's also a 1 bedroom Guest House with a queen sized bed, a full kitchen and a living room with a fold out sofa and sattelite television. The guest house also has a two car garage and a washer and dryer.
